1. Do you acccept walk-ins?

Yes, we welcome both walk-ins and reservations. However, we recommend booking in advance, especially on weekends, to ensure availability.

2. Is there a dress code?

Smart casual attire is recommended, particularly for dinner service. Absolutely no slippers by men.

3. What are your opening hours?

We are open Tuesday to Sunday and closed on Mondays.
Tuesday – Thursday: 3:00pm – 11:00pm
Friday & Saturday: 3:00pm – 2:00am
Sunday: Sunday Brunch | 10:30AM–3:30pm,
Kitchen Break | 3:30PM–5:00pm,
Dinner Service Resumes | 5:00pm-10:00pm

5. Do you allow children?

Yes, families are welcome, and highchairs are available upon request.

6. Do you have parking available?

Yes, on-site parking is available for our guests, with additional parking available at Allison’s Variety & Bridal Boutique, conveniently located obliquely opposite the restaurant.

7. Do you host special celebrations?

Yes, we are happy to host all celebrations. We can reserve sections for your group. Full venue rentals are also available for larger or private events.

8. Can I bring a cake?

Yes, you are welcome to bring a cake. There is no cakeage fee.

9. Can I bring my own bottle (BYOB)?

No, outside beverages are not permitted. We offer a curated selection of wines, spirits, and cocktails at our bar.

10. Do you serve cocktails that are not on the menu?

Yes, our bartenders are happy to prepare a wide range of classic and custom cocktails.

11. Do you offer vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free options?

Yes, we offer a variety of dishes to accommodate different dietary preferences

12. Do you accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions?

We make every effort to accommodate dietary needs. However, our kitchen handles ingredients such as nuts, shellfish, and gluten, so we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

13. Are your meats Halal?

Yes, all meats served are Halal.

14. Is the restaurant wheelchair accessible?

Yes, the restaurant is wheelchair accessible. The rooftop lounge is not.

Our full menu is available on our website and social media pages.

16. Do you offer takeaway services?

Yes, all items on our menu are available for takeaway. 

17. Are pets allowed?

No, pets are not permitted inside the restaurant or in outdoor dining areas.

18. Do you have baby changing facilities?

At this time, we do not have baby changing facilities on-site.

19. Do I need a reservation for the rooftop?

Reservations are recommended for rooftop seating, as availability is limited and subject to weather conditions and events.

20. Is there a time limit for reservations?

During peak periods, seating times may be limited to ensure availability for all guests.

21. What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask that you notify us in advance if you need to cancel or modify your reservation. For events, fees are non- refundable. 

22. Can the rooftop be rented for private events?

Yes, our rooftop is available for private rentals and is perfect for intimate events, celebrations, and special occasions. Availability is limited and subject to weather conditions. For details on pricing, capacity, and packages, please contact us directly.

23. Do you provide event décor or can I bring my own?

Professional decor services are available at request. Guests are also welcome to bring their own décor or work with external decorators, subject to prior approval. We recommend coordinating with our team in advance to ensure a seamless setup.
